Management Representative Training
Management Representative Training provides the information and support that the person in charge of the ISO project needs to successfully manage and maintain an ISO quality or environmental management system. This is a 6-hour private course.
This course offering applies to the following standards: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, AS9100, AS9110, and TS16949.
The Management Representative is a member of management who is ultimately responsible for the ISO quality or environmental system. The responsibilities of this position may be assigned to more than one person.
In addition to the classroom training described below, this course includes 4 hours of complimentary phone and email support to insure that the programs developed during the course are successfully implemented.
