Training at Your Location: Dates are selected by your organization
Minimum number of attendees: 4 Time required: 2 days/16 hours
- 8 hours training in the requirements of ISO 9001:2000
- 8 hours training in identifying and executing changes that have to be made

Fee: $525.00 per person for 4 to 7 people
Group Fee: $200.00 per hour ( $3,200.00 ) - a set fee for any number up to 20 attendees
The Group Fee is more cost effective when you have 8 or more attendees.

This is a customized private course (for one or more attendees) at our Sunnyvale, CA training location.

An introduction to the key principles of ISO 9001:2000 and their application in an organization

The Process Approach

ISO 9001:2000 is a Process-based System. Exercises in this segment show how to develop and document processes.

The ISO 9001:2000 Standard

An analysis of each Clause of the Standard, focusing on how the Clauses will affect the trainees' organization(s)

The Process Cascade

Identifying the actual and required processes in an organization, their interactions and their effectiveness

Developing and documenting a process-based system

Addressing the process and documentation needs of an organization and the requirements of ISO 9001:2000

Installation

Installing the documented processes to insure maximum "buy-in"

Auditing and Corrective Actions

The special requirements of auditing and correcting processes

Certification

A guide to the questions and attitudes of Certification Auditors


Attendees receive a Course Reference book, a Certificate of Achievement, and are entitled to 1.4 C.E.U.'s (Continuing Education Credits) for the two day course.
