Customized Support Method of Operation:

QRC assigns an ISO Maintenance Coordinator to the organization

(The Maintenance Coordinator is supported by QRC’s staff resources.)

The Maintenance Coordinator usually liaises with the organization’s ISO Management Representative.

The fees for the QRC services are calculated on a “services used” basis.

Full-Service Method of Operation:

QRC assigns a suitably qualified ISO 9000 Maintenance Coordinator to the organization
(The Maintenance Coordinator is supported by QRC’s staff resources.)

The Maintenance Coordinator usually reports to the organization’s ISO Management Representative
-
The services required from the Maintenance Coordinator vary according to the changing requirements of the organization.

Depending on the requirements of the User organization, the fees for the services of the Maintenance Coordinator can be calculated on a “services used” basis, or can be established as a periodic retainer.
Typical Responsibilities of the Full-Service Maintenance Coordinator:

Monitoring the ISO System to insure that procedures and processes are being followed
- Reporting findings, with recommendations
- Coordinating the organization’s Internal Audit program
- Conducting Internal Audits (when required)
- Providing support during Customer Audits
- Providing support during Certification and Surveillance Audits

Conducting Supplier Audits in accordance with the policies and processes of the organization
- Supporting the organization’s Corrective Actions program
- Reporting recommendations for Preventive Actions
- Reporting recommendations for Continual Improvement

Collecting Systems data, as required by the ISO Standard and the policies and procedures of the organization
- Preparing System reports for Management Review meetings

Conducting Special Projects
- Providing ISO based training and coaching
