Customized Support Method of Operation:
  • QRC assigns an ISO Maintenance Coordinator to the organization
  • (The Maintenance Coordinator is supported by QRC’s staff resources.)
  • The Maintenance Coordinator usually liaises with the organization’s ISO Management Representative.
  • The fees for the QRC services are calculated on a “services used” basis.

Full-Service Method of Operation:
  • QRC assigns a suitably qualified ISO 9000 Maintenance Coordinator to the organization
    (The Maintenance Coordinator is supported by QRC’s staff resources.)
  • The Maintenance Coordinator usually reports to the organization’s ISO Management Representative
  • The services required from the Maintenance Coordinator vary according to the changing requirements of the organization.
  • Depending on the requirements of the User organization, the fees for the services of the Maintenance Coordinator can be calculated on a “services used” basis, or can be established as a periodic retainer.
Typical Responsibilities of the Full-Service Maintenance Coordinator:
  • Monitoring the ISO System to insure that procedures and processes are being followed
  • Reporting findings, with recommendations
  • Coordinating the organization’s Internal Audit program
  • Conducting Internal Audits (when required)
  • Providing support during Customer Audits
  • Providing support during Certification and Surveillance Audits
  • Conducting Supplier Audits in accordance with the policies and processes of the organization
  • Supporting the organization’s Corrective Actions program
  • Reporting recommendations for Preventive Actions
  • Reporting recommendations for Continual Improvement
  • Collecting Systems data, as required by the ISO Standard and the policies and procedures of the organization
  • Preparing System reports for Management Review meetings
  • Conducting Special Projects
  • Providing ISO based training and coaching
